1. Scope of License

My Competiton Car Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run My Competiton Car: Mecanic on compatible Apple-branded devices (iOS, iPadOS, macOS) and Windows PC personal workstations.

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Credits

In-game garage credits, component restoration packs, and liveries earned or purchased through Apple In-App Purchase are digital software licenses with no real-world monetary redemption value. All virtual currency transactions through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's standard billing terms.

3. Intellectual Property & Fair Play

All original vehicle geometry, telemetry simulation code, sound effects, and user interfaces are the proprietary property of My Competiton Car Studios. Users agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, inject cheats, or exploit physics calculations on online leaderboards.

4. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted service. Under no circumstances shall My Competiton Car Studios or Apple Inc. be liable for incidental damages or data loss resulting from modified device firmware or unsupported jailbroken environments.
